Custom Enclosures
SLAYSON® specializes in custom submersible enclosures tailored to the unique requirements of customers worldwide. Our engineering team works closely with clients to design NEMA 6, NEMA 6P, and IP67 / IP68 enclosures suited to their projects.

It depends on your project’s specific environmental stressors, submersion requirements, and material compatibility. Factors include:
- Environmental Exposure: If your application involves temporary submersion (up to 30 minutes at 1m), a NEMA 6 / IP67 enclosure may be sufficient; however, for environments with high-pressure washdowns or continuous submersion, NEMA 6P / IP68 ensures long-term integrity.
- Material Compatibility: Choose 316 Stainless Steel for maximum corrosion resistance in saltwater, or Rigid Polyurethane Composite for lightweight, non-corrosive, and non-conductive subsea applications.
- Protection Against Impact and Interference: For industrial infrastructure or high-traffic zones, ensure your enclosure is rated for IK10 impact resistance.
